Return Policy for Our Online Store

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure before sending any items back to us. Here's how to request an RMA number:

  1. Send an email to sales@vertikapromos.com.
  2. Use the order confirmation in the subject line for reference.
  3. Include the following information in your email:
  • Date of purchase
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once you receive your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package when you ship the item back to us.

What Cannot Be Returned

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed and embroidered products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. Additionally, please keep in mind that sizing may vary between body types and styles.

If you have any concerns about how a garment will fit, we recommend consulting our sizing charts, which can be found beside each product on our website. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us at sales@vertikapromos.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Note: We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom-printed or embroidered with your logo.
